The Rosedale Residences, the newest community under development by Catclar Investments, will features 27 tri-level townhomes designed to appeal to a diverse group of homebuyer residents, from trendsetting, environmentally conscious, urban professionals to savvy, travel-ready buyers who seek the convenience of a lock-and-leave lifestyle. The kitchens will feature stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery appliances with green technology, and stylish Kohler fixtures will adorn the kitchens and bathrooms.
